And your active sims are definitely receiving inventory items from their elder family members, right? So it's just the money that isn't coming through? There is an Inherit Cash setting under Deaths that you might double-check.
I know that inheritance is supposed to be handled by the SP Money module (though the settings are under Death?). Do you have Money allowed in your SP Town settings? I don't know if that would make a difference (and you probably would have noticed if that were turned off) but again, it doesn't hurt to check.
Otherwise, I went through all my settings and I didn't see anything noteworthy, unfortunately.
Yes! You’re correct, I had other sims in my town that were in the same position as mine, but did not receive Inheritance. I went into some of their households to check accounting and there was nothing of the sort. I received the elder sims inventory who were due to pass away and I got notifications of other sims who also received inventory items, but no money. I believe Money and Inherit Cash is turned on, so I truly have no idea. I’ll do a reset on my settings and hope that works. Thank you for your help!
