does leaving this option (Friendship: Allow Celebrity Disgrace) on false means that the sim won't be affected by the disgrace system even if they became a celebrity? i just got the relationship module and i'm wondering why is it set to false by default

On SP FAQ page specially for Celebrity, you can find all information

StoryProgression-FAQ-Celebrities#How-do ... ace-system

I like this option to be on false, why it is default I don't know.

Thank you C-Dark :). i read and understand that FAQ page but i still don't really get what the option does exactly. do i need to turn it to True for my sim to be affected by the disgrace system like any other celebrity?

false means no affect like no decrease in friendship status
"Toggling off the option makes the sim immune to any disgraceful events they might be caught performing."

on town level all sims are meant

Hmm, thank you for the answer, i'm still a little confused on what it does or doesn't but i think it might be because i don't play with celebrities much or because english isn't my first language. i think i'll keep it on false for now and test it out later, it's probably somehting simple but i'm getting it confused haha. Either way i really appriciate the help :)

I agree it's quite confusing, I think mainly because it isn't clear in the documentation whether it is referring to just the EA system being disabled or any and all including its own.

If the 'False' default isn't an error, I think what it's meaning to convey is that it disables the EA disgrace system (as in, having SP Relationship will implement its own instead). Documentation specifically calls it "the Late Night disgrace system", but the FAQ describes the same option as immunity to being caught, so I'm not at all surprised there is confusion.

I know I've had celebs affected by disgrace in the past without touching NRAAS settings, but I couldn't be 100% confident I had the Relationship module at the time.
