Click on sim > MC > Error?

Sometimes, when I use MC to click on a sim, I get errors like this. I click on them, choose MC > Intermediate or MC > Status > Personal and nothing happens except for one of these errors. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

What happens when you reset this sim in question and try again?
