Can anyone help im trying to increase the chance of a sim being asked and asking to sleep over/romantically autonomous does anyone know how i can go about doing this ? and how do i locate the social data xml file ?

You have given us maybe 3 or 4 hours to respond and in the meantime have reposted and attempted to hijack the thread of another player. It's totally fine to bump a single thread request for assistance if no one has noticed/responded to it after a few days but I think your expectations of service may be a bit high there.

I don't think what you are trying to do can be reached by tuning, but those more familiar with the gameplay files and modding may be better suited to answer. I am not a mod developer.

Retuner works strictly on the game's ITUN file, a copy which can be found here (1.63 is the current version as the later patches did not change this file). The relevant section would be Sims3.Gameplay.Situations.VisitSituation and the string to search for in a text editor would be "asktostay" but again I don't think you are going to find editable values that do what you want that way. An autonomous offer to spend the night doesn't typically come out of the blue. It is a result of social interactions that build up the short terms context to Sim A thinks Sim B is being Friendly, or romantic interactions that build up to Sim a thinks Sim B is being Irresistible. How long it takes to do either depends on a lot of other variables, including sims' relationship scores with each other, traits, moods, attraction, etc.

But again, I may be and probably am missing something here.

@igazor i am sorry for being not patient and going on someone else thread wont happen again ill just be patient next time i post :)but yeah i get what your saying and sometimes asking to stay over it happens often and randomly out the blue thought maybe i can get it to happen like other interactions but thanks i will check that out and see
