Hello...
I'm running a save that sets in a world where child support is a foreign concept, and I find it annoying that the child support from the money module is enforced. When I set the base chance to 0, the sim got into jail. Currently, I have it set to 100 to avoid sim being sent to jail simply because I dont want them to pay it.
Is there a way to completely disable it or making it available to certain households, not just the story of it?

Sure, you can set the child support payment to zero:

SP > General Options > Options: Money > Options: Fees and Support > Child Support Payment > 0

^Right. When you are in Sim (Town, etc.) Options, you are altering sims' behavior with respect to the child support system in place. SP > General Options, from City Hall or an in-game computer, is where to find the settings that will allow you to shut the entire support system down -- or make it even more intrusive, for those who might want that.
