I am trying to recategorize stuff in CAS.
When right clicking clothes in CAS, the instance values MasterController is giving me are not totally out of whack with the instance values in S3OC.
In CAS the value is attached to a winter jacket.
In S3OC the value is attached to a t-shirt.
Can someone tell me what's happening?

No it is not a shirt - this is the Winter jacket as you can see in the picture - don't get confused by the object name 
Do you wanna clone it? You should not change an original EA item.
You only need the CASP file in your tuning package nothing else, you don't want to double it.
