how do you edit bones for cc?

Post by Annabel » July 7th, 2023, 5:39 pm

sorry if this is the wrong forum but i wasn't 100% sure where to put it - i got someone to age-convert a naga tail for me, but the animations are pretty wonky - i think a big part of the problem is that it still has the bones for both legs instead of just mapping to one - how would i delete all the bones from one of the legs so it doesn't have that conflict anymore?

Maybe you can link us this CC, so we know what you mean exactly?

You can see the bones in meshing tools like Blender (under Vertex Groups) and Milkshape (under Joints).
You can also replace bone assignments with MeshToolKit.

CC related questions get a bit more traction over at ModTheSims in the Create forum, there are plenty of very talented creators who give advice for creating clothes and objects as apposed to the development-oriented knowledge over here. (But of course, many of us are on both!)
