I was editing the city of Starlight Shores (EA default) and I saw a beautiful modern large house belonging to Steve Cupp.
That name wasn't strange for me...I vaguely remembered that name, but couldn't figure out when or the situation I had seen it.
As it hadn't any thumbnails of Steve Cupp, I thought when playing the game I could see who was Steve Cupp.
But no, even during gameplay, there was no thumbnail or any interaction with that Sim. He was always out of the house.
I went back to edit town and decided to dump Steve Cupp from the house and mix him with another family.
I wanted that lot and it seemed he didn't need the house...as he was always out of it.
When I clicked on the house to dump the family, a pop-up saying it was a danger option and the action was invalid.
Then I decided to bulldoze the lot with all in it. A pop-up saying I had to dump the family before bulldozing the lot... (EA's contradictions...)
Ok, then I could dump the family from the house and mix it with Buckshot family.
When I switched to play mode, I saw the Buckshot family's thumbnail and I finally saw who was Steve Cupp: a ghost!
Why the hell a ghost was living in the city if I set Overwatch to cleanse the dead, I thought.
But I didn't want to mess with dead people; I decided to leave it there as it was.
My active family was at the bowling/gym place and then who came there? Yes, Steve Cupp! lol
He was normal, like alive...no ghost shades. He started to work out. ...and I started to investigate him.
He was magician level 9 and died from a trick in the water tank; dead indeed.
I made him be friend with my Sims. It's much better be friend with a ghost, huh?
But no interactions with him from my Sims.
I switched to him by Selector and no interaction with others was available; only with himself.
Then I sent him to do some magician tricks; it was pleasant to see. A very good show!
But you know what? I liked him! I wanted to make him being alive again...
So I started digging through the Master Controller and Debug Enabler to find a way to resurrect him.
Couldn't find any option but I don't know why ''Remove Occult'' caught my eyes...
I sent him to ''Perform for tips'' and sent my Sim to watch the show.
My Sim was enjoying so much and cheering to that performance when I decided: Steve Cupp must be alive!
Let's try the "Remove Occult'' (ghost), I thought.
Shazam!!!!!!! There he was. Alive! (fireworks)
...and then my Sim could interact with him and him with my Sim.
I edited town to buy him a new beautiful large house and gave him some money (from my Sims).
Now he lives in the city, in a beautiful large house, with money enough to spend and can perform his interesting and enjoyable shows, like no other does.
As said in Diva's description: "When I like I'm good but when I dislike I'm even better... " lol
Btw, Steve Cupp has Diva's trait and I remembered where I saw his name... and his ghost: in the cemetery of Sunset Valley.

So he is "was" a "playable ghost" not a normal dead ghost.

Is there playable ghosts?

If you have Supernatural you can even make a playable ghost via Create a SIM in CAS.

Or give ghost occult via MC

But even if I don't have Supernatural, can I give ghost occult to a Sim?

You don't need Supernatural.

The same here. I've played TS3 since my daughter was pre-teen. I bought TS2 and TS3 for her and guess who enjoyed it most? lol
I bought almost all expansions of TS3, except Supernatural and Katy Perry.
Looong time ago I was playing, I had a family of 5 and suddenly a meteor burnt the backyard and some of the family.
Then a lot of meteors started to fall and killed 3 of them and it was the first time I saw ghosts in the game.
I remember I started to cry and had no clue what to do, as those meteors didn't stop falling.
At that time I thought it was a curse because the family was too big. lol

Thanks for your kindness! Most brazilians have good sense of humor, but you still find those who are grumpy.
I'm surprised you know Ivo Holanda... I like him too.

I used Retuner to stop the meteors from falling, to be safe.

Yeah, Ivo is old now and probably can't take beatings like he used to. But it's fun when the pranks make people angry. Some of the pranks wouldn't work here in Sweden because a lot of people are so "stiff".
