Career Script Error

Now, I've been fixing my files (redownloading cc and all of that) as I plan to play sims 3 today as my academic year has ended but upon looking in the Sims3 file I saw a script error xml file? I had no idea what this was and when I opened it I couldn't understand what was there. Can someone tell me what this means and how I can fix it (I'm not good with computers or computer language so please simplify what is said)?

Career Script Error

Some type of malformed custom career it appears. Remove them in and see if the error stops. If so, reintroduce halves till you find the one that errors.
