Transportation of objects
I have a lot where there is something like an "open" spa, and I would like to have a sculptor for figures there. Or how exactly is this thing called in the original? Anyway, I can't move this thing into sim's inventory, and I can't buy it. All methods of transportation are good, just tell me how to do it.

You can't buy the Pedestrian Sculpting Station? It's available in buy mode, in the skills section. You can have it in the family inventory.
If the lot isn't yours, you have to use Town Edit or (with testingcheatsenabled on) shift-click and then buy it from there.
If you need to get an existing sculpting station that isn't yours into your family inventory, use DebugEnabler's "move to family inventory" function.
If none of this answers your question, I probably misunderstood the issue.
Edit: Thinking about it again, as you probably know everything I just said: No, you cannot access your family inventory on a lot that isn't yours. You will access the "family inventory" of the other lot. Easiest would be to just buy a new station and sell the one you have (maybe give yourself the cost difference, if your sims need it). There are other, convoluted ways that involve buying and selling lots, but I think that's a bit much fuss over a thing like that.

Turjan, No, I was talking about "Body Sculptor", here, from this section. Stupid localization

Oh, I see. I must admit I have never seen or used that object. I always thought it's utterly pointless, but I guess it might be good for a chuckle. Do sims use it autonomously?
Anyway, for non-buyable objects, I would just place it (outside) on your home lot, switch to a sim who owns the lot you want to change, go to the lot, grab it from your home lot with DebugEnabler, then place it from the family inventory.

Turjan, wait... First of all, I need to clarify that I want to transfer this thing to a community lot. This lot will belong to me, but I haven't bought it yet. But even if I do, for some reason I won't be able to drag items from my inventory to the inventory of the community lot, at least in the way I know. If I can do this with DE, could you write the actions and the names of the options step by step?

You can use "Create Object" function from DebugEnabler on the terrain of the community lot and enter "BodySculptor" in the dialog box.

Yup, that's the easiest option.
My method only works if the sim you use owns the community lot.

Knight, oh, right. I'll remember how it's done, and I'll definitely try it when I'm back in the game. Thanks.
