Hi everyone!! i downloaded this kitchen from mod the sims 3 (counter, island, cabinet) only then putting it on, the textures are all black! i.e. the small square in the preview can be seen clearly, but otherwise it is all black! I can change the motifs by choosing other styles, but the default one remains black! how can i solve?

This is mentioned under the 'Known Issues' in the Description on Mod the Sims:

"For WA (or equivalent base game version) users, the objects initially show up solid black instead of with my preset – to me it looks like this has been fixed in one of the later patches. Workaround for those who want to stick with an old version of the game: make your own preset in CAST, and use that. Unfortunately I don't know of a way to provide my own presets – exporting as .sims3pack doesn't work in my game (I believe that's an OS X issue), and various ways of packaging them haven't worked out so far."

I don't think anyone here will be able to solve this, and the workaround the creator offers seems valid to me.

But the "workaround" is for those who wanna stick on old game version?

Someone said, that the package files need to be combined I to a sims3pack?

Or would they work if all single package files are merged into one?
This can be easily made with S3pe.
I don't know, Cruiseship, you need to test this.

(remember to move the package files out of the mods folder)
