I recently bought several expansions for my game, and one of them is University. Well, I'm having several more or less serious problems, the most important one is that I made the trip configuring the maximum number of credits possible and I didn't count any at the end of the exams, and not only that, but my sim got "stuck" in the map and did not return home after two sim weeks, even the remaining days for "days to final exams" was reset to 11 at the end of the second week. I'm thinking that is a kind of glitch because I started with 18 credits and with this configuration exceeds the 48 needed....is possible? I didn't know I was already 18 because they didn't show up when I enrolled, or I didn't realize it.
Ok, sorry for the offtopic but I wanted to comment on it. Here the problem related to Traveler. I always use it because in the source map I have trips to custom sites, but when traveling to the University, even if I set the "treat as vacation" to false, I can't attend to schools. On the other hand, if I uninstall the mod, I can go, but I don't know if it is correct to uninstall it and then install it again when I return home. What I can do?

The starting out credits are usually the result of having done well on the entrance exam. Your sim can enroll for and earn as many credits as you like, there's no limit, and this is so even if they already have their degree in the major being chosen. Or they may wish to go for several degrees.

How exactly are you traveling to Uni World when the Traveler mod is in play?

If you are using the phone command to Enroll or Attend Uni, then that should be fine. If you are traveling the way you would be as if visiting any other world, then you aren't attending Uni (yet). This should work too, but upon arrival you will need to register that day at the Admin Bldg for the term that is about to start. Otherwise your sims are really just visiting.

I personally wouldn't want to remove Traveler and put it back again as described. But if you really do remember to put it back, I think the only harm done might be to sims in other foreign worlds whom you were relying upon Traveler to manage their foreign world aging while gameplay is back in the homeworld. No one ages anywhere when gameplay is in Uni World, so that's admittedly a non-issue until the return home.

I travel to the university from the computer or the telephone, with the option of enrolling in the university. Traveler has always worked great with all worlds, but in university there is no way, I have tried all kinds of things, including the recommendation in the faq with debugenabler, but nothing seems to work. The only solution to be able to go to class is to uninstall it. Let's see what will happen now, although I think the game is corrupted, strange things happen since I installed the expansions, I didn't start a new game because I'm loving this one but for example the image of the house doesn't appear on the load screen, which has me intrigued. I don't have too many mods installed in this game, so I don't know. I have done what is indicated in this thread to do a reset to the university, to see if I can get the race to my sim.

Ok, I add something here. I have noticed something that happens to me when I transition to university with Traveler installed, specifically in the credits and weeks selection popup. If I touch the options, the credits I have thanks to the access test have gone "crazy", changing from 2 to 6 or 18, depending on the duration or the weeks, very strange because without installed traveler the 18 are fixed that my sim has initially.
The truth is that between this and what happens to me that I can't enter the classes, it seems that something happens with this mod in my game, and I love traveling to maps that I have installed that are not egypt and all that, but in the uni the thing is different.

No, is set to 7 as default setting, I not modified anything but somtimes I use to travel another custom maps the option fo do the travel with children and teens, but to go university I set again the default options, I think is only young adults and adults.
Is a very strange thing the enroll to uni options, the popup screen is totally crazy with traveler installed.
Maybe another mod/s causing conflicts? How I can check all the mods that I have installed arecorrecto and not causing any kind of problems? Dashboard not shows any conflict or similar.

Afraid the only way to do that is remove everything but nraas as a test and see if the issue persists. It'd be my next guess that something is indeed conflicting.

I moved my sims to another map, with a fresh new save. The size of the save is reduced extremely and yes, maybe I had some mod conflicting. Now I installed only the nraas mods plus two skins for my sims, and the no route animation disabler from modthesims, I hate this animation. I will try to go to university on the future, when my kid goes to young adult.

Ok, I've completed the Fine Arts degree with my lovely SimBot with Traveler installed, and everything is fine, so it wasn't the mod, but probably the previous game was corrupted. It only happened to me that on the second visit to the world of the Uni, there were neither teachers nor students in the schools, after restarting the game and doing a total restart with MC, installing SP and the odd mod like careers and Register, at least there were students and new sims on the map, but no teachers. Let's see when I get back how everything is.
