I'm having issues when exporting tuning. I have settings that I want to keep and set as default when starting a new game but I can't tell what file is supposed to be created when doing Export Tuning. If anything, what happens is a script error file shows up after I do the command. But it's missing a lot of the settings I know i've changed so I can't even tell if that's supposed to be the right file in the first place.
Like for instance I want my active household to never age and all needs/motives be static. When I click Export Tuning and the script error file shows up, I can't see any line that makes me think that's on by default. If that's a setting that needs to be manually enabled/disabled then I can live with that.
So help would be appreciated so I can figure out these things.

Exporting Tuning help needed
There's probably a nifty way to make that function work, but I would suggest a different method. Instead of exporting tuning and creating a tuning file, use the Export Settings command on SP or use Overwatch to do this -- the latter will allow you to export settings from any or all the other NRaas mods at the same time into the same file. Give the resulting export a meaningful name so that if you end up with more than one of them you can easily tell them apart. (example: New World Settings NonUrban Apr 2023).
Then when starting a new game, near the very beginning of the first session but after the game clock has begun moving forward smoothly so that the mods have had time to fully load, use SP (or Overwatch) to import your saved settings back in.
This process creates a Library file rather than an xml file resembling a script log. You can even see it in the Edit Town bins among the other Library files, but you can't do anything with it from that vantage point except delete it.
