Weight Fitness Cap mod being overridden

I have a mod that changes the cap of the weight and fitness sliders to 2 instead of 1. When I made my sim I gave him fitness of 2 and everything was going fine until he started working out. Once the game said he was buff it brought him down to 1 again. I'm not sure if it's this mod or maybe progression but I was hoping to find a way to allow the new cap for sims. Alternatively, would this mod allow the game to have a larger weight/fitness slider normally so I could remove the other mod anyway?

What is the name and source of the other mod? I use Consort's 2X Weight/Fitness, which is a Core Mod as that seems to be required to get the game to stop snapping higher settings back to 1.

I use Cmar's body sliders. They're from a mod of theirs called XCAS but it says it doesn't require the mod to use the sliders. But, just from a little more research it looks like I'd need both Cmar's mod AND Consort's mod. So thank you for bringing that up as I likely wouldn't have known about Consort's mod.

Note that there is an issue to be aware of when using the full version of Cmar's XCAS together with MasterController. The maximum slider number must be set exactly the same for both mods -- for XCAS that's by way of a tuning file, for MC that's by way of a option on its Settings menu. If these two values don't match, then unexpected things can happen like all sliders might stop functioning and revert to 0 after you bring a sim into and out of CAS.

The reason for this issue is an overlap of functionality together with XCAS being a Core Mod while MC is a Script Mod and we can never tell which parts of which one are going to load first or last during the startup sequence.

I don't actually use XCAS. I only downloaded an optional mod that allowed the weight and fitness bars to go to 2x, although I can effectively remove Cmar's mod and have Master Controller modify the bar itself. As far as I can tell, there's nothing restricting me from selecting a value higher than what can be achieved, but the game will snap back to the max/min whenever an action would trigger it. Like I once set fitness to 3 to see if MC would actually do it, and it did. But then when my sim worked out, it snapped back to the max as I expected it would.
I just wish I could modify Consort's mod to my liking but when I open the package in S3pe, i can't figure out how to change anything.

Hi!

The original Consort mod has no settings. Check out this thread, there I left a link to a version with tunings that you can change via s3pe or Retuner.
