Hi all, this is my first time posting here, so please bear with me if I am doing something wrong or posting in the wrong place:

I have been having an issue with Register recently. I don't really know what happened. I removed two override mods that have nothing to do with that part of the game. One was NRAAS Go Here and the other was a non-NRAAS mod that had nothing to do with registers or anything like that.
So, my issue is that I have Assign Residents switched to False but for some reason, the game keeps dumping the NPCs and replacing the role assignments with townies. Also, if I reassign to an NPC and give the townie a career, I'll come back a day or so later in game and find a new townie assigned. I also noticed NPCs are abandoning their roles for no reason while on the job. Yesterday, my sims had a wedding in a lot I assigned as a park. I had an NPC that was always at a bar there (it was a barn style wedding hall) and there were no issues with them leaving the post, but as soon as I threw a party there, the bartender went home. I assigned a new NPC and they did the same, showed up for work only to immediately leave. I've never had this problem before throwing weddings on lots with bar tenders.

Now, I've had some issues with NPCs walking off the job before in the past, but if I reassigned an NPC, they stuck around, at least for a few days. I also noticed sometimes at bars, the NPC won't leave, but just leave their post - for instance, if someone is playing piano, they may leave the bar and watch. They sometimes go back to work though.

I'm unsure what to do at this point. Can anyone give me some feedback or advice?

Have you been able to reproduce this behavior with only NRaas mods installed?

Hi! Thank you for the advice! I managed to find the offending mod...I had the toddler independence mod that requires Go Here without Go Here installed. I reinstalled it and all is back to normal now! Not having it caused some really odd glitches, so I will list them in case anyone else has a similar issue: Filling the pet bowl cost $200, Camera when hitting M would go horizontal, NPCs were not staying at their assigned roles, townies were being pushed to role jobs.
