Please HELP!! I have mac m1, and installed sims 3 through parallels on WINDOWS 11. I've NEVER had issues! Now It says this error has occurred, so I thought it was my new cc so I took it out ALL of the new cc. Then I launched tha game and everything was ok. I eventually modified some graphic options in the game and I needed to restart my game. So I closed it, and when I tried to launch the game the error re-occurred. I assigned 4gb of ram at parallels, my mac has 8gb.

Hi there. This Site Help board is for issues with the website, not the game. We'll just move this thread over to one meant for installation help.

Besides the fact that I don't think you are giving Win 11 enough RAM to work with (4 GB total, of which around half or more will be used by Windows itself before the game launches), you appear to be trying to use a pirated version of the game. There is no "The Sims 3 Complete Collection" from legitimate sources that we are aware of. I'm very sorry, but we are not here to assist with pirated games or content so this thread will need to be locked. Legit sources include Origin (or the EA App), Steam, and retail discs but I'm afraid not third party sellers serving up a hacked digital version of all EP/SPs and store content for unbelievably low prices.

The particular Access Violation error refers to a RAM register getting a dose of something it can't handle and really only means that the game crashed. There isn't much else we can draw from that information alone even on a game version that we can support.
