Are inactives allowed to use Dexter the bear by themselves?

If I placed the bears in inactives's inventories, would they be able to use it autonomously? (Sorry for bad English :oops:)

Never mind. I searched around this site and found Chain said that inactives can use it. I'll leave it here in case someone else has the same question as I do: post88611#p88611
