I assumed the changes to those mods, by adding in the provided .xmls, were the tuning mods. No, I haven't touched any other values. It's rather odd.

Well I'm not entirely sure what is changed by those XML's but trying to figure out why I can never reproduce this issue. You said you're getting the error very frequently yes? Try this: remove everything from your mods folder except nraas. Still erroring? If yes, remove all but Errortrap and Gohere. What about now?
