I had previously on Modthesims asked about a slow drowning mod (https://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=670136).
As you can see, people said I should be able to adjust the time until the moodlet is added top my sims via Returner. Once I went into my game to check and only found the moodlet length however those people never got back to reply to me.
I feel sims get the drowning moodlet way too easily, causing me to only ever send mermaids swimming if at all. TS3 has some really nice swimming interactions imo so I feel this is really sad
