Almost every townie is a stylist

I haven't played TS3 since earlier this year in February, but prior to that I've been playing for years with Nraas mods and never had this happen to me before:

I'm on a new and fresh save file in Twinbrook, I've been playing in game for about a week and went to get my only sim a tattoo and was shocked to see the place overflowing with townies.

I'm rusty with navigating Nraas menus, but I was able to get the info that there 61 stylist roles, and no homeless in my town.

Might be worth mentioning that the first couple days I did send my sim to the consignment store and noticed there were 3 shop keepers there, but in the moment didn't think much of it since I was still able to eventually get one of them to attend to my sim. My sim also work part time at the bistro and his only coworker is a teenager. So I'm assuming somehow the majority of Adult sims have been given the stylist career.

Is there anyway to fix this and get rid of all this traffic?

You could of course manually assign any career to any sim you wanted. SP might change it again unless you set Career: Allow Find Job to False, but that would mean you'd need to manually assign careers for new sims as well or else live with the consequences of the game itself choosing for you.

As for why this happened in the first place, are these did you change any settings related to existing careers, or perhaps mess with the lots that contain career-related rabbitholes? For example, maybe you prohibited certain careers or replaced the rabbithole buildings. The bistro doesn't house part-time jobs either, unless you have a mod that adds one, so it would be helpful to know which mod you're using.
