With the afterschool activities that come with the game they trigger a recital/award ceremony event a few days before aging up. If you attend you can be awarded a participation or best-in-class trophy depending on your progress.

Is there a way we can add these awards to custom afterschool activities, that I have just missed?
If not then this is more a feature request. If we could please have it so custom afterschool activities can trigger the recital/award ceremony along with being able to set what the trophies are from cc objects.

Agreed, it would be a lovely addition to custom afterschool activities mods, including those made by Twallan! Hope it can be implemented in a future version of the Careers mod.
