Cannot travel to another town.

The only mod stopping your Sims from traveling to the abyss. Did you end up there anyway? We'll try to help.

Hello, I recently tried to move to Lucky Palms for a less laghy experience.
But, upon moving, the game is stuck on the loading screen.
What is weirder, is that it seems like time is still going like normal, and I even got an opportunity phone call!

Hi there. You have a number of mods in play that are known to conflict with each other as well as some I'm afraid I don't recognize by name. Awesome is a Core Mod, and is the one throwing the first error reported. Simler90's mod is also a Core Mod and we have repeatedly told players here that we can't really support its usage with NRaas mods because of incompatibility issues. I have no idea if there is a way to use Simler90's mod with Awesome, but seem to recall that it really can't work out because they conflict as they both attempt to alter calls to the same game core files. (note: NRaas ErrorTrap is also a Core Mod but it doesn't tend to conflict with anything else in this way)

Now, with that said I do have to ask how you are attempting to move worlds. Could be mistaken, but it looks like you are trying to use EA's built-in Move to New World function. Traveler is supposed to provide protection from things going wrong when moving that way, but it doesn't always work properly and it doesn't seem to be working here. The Traveler method of vacationing to a new world. purchasing a home there, moving into it, then invoking the Change Homeworld function and reloading the game is generally much more reliable and it's also designed to keep the world being moved from, its sims, and their data in play. Moving the EA way, with or without Traveler, destroys the world being moved from going forward in the game save's timeline.

Awesome itself should not be interfering with this Traveler mod moving method. But other mods, and especially Simler90s, I'm afraid might still do so.

Yes, I am using the EA's built-in function. The reason I used that is because you can not travel with your toddlers, at least in my game.

And yes, I will try to use the Vacation -> Change Hometown method with simler90 and awesome mods off.

Okay whoa, wait a minute. I should have been more clear but you can't actually remove AwesomeMod without first running its removal procedure -- it's just a command to run from the cheats console first. Otherwise sims will be left with traits and other things that are suddenly no longer defined and the game will break.

I don't recall the exact command to use, though. My Awesome troubleshooting skills are really rusty as I haven't used the mod myself since 2013 or something like that. Someone else here might know, but it might be better to leave this one in for now?

On the travel with toddlers issue, from the homeworld being traveled from it's NRaas > Traveler > Allowable Travelers and select babies or whatever the youngest age stage is that shows up. That should include toddlers. I believe I have a request in to our developer to fix the text on that menu, but it's been a while and it may have gotten lost among other higher priority things.

Pinky swear it's running the same code as the traditional way. There's just too many mod conflicts going on here for me to say if there's an EA oopsie that's not accounted for or the game is just in a weird state given that. Definitely try without all that interference and see how things work.

Update:
First of all, thank you so so much for helping me.
Now, on to my testing:
I removed every mod I had EXCEPT for the NRaas mods (traveler, porter, cupcake, SP, ET,...) and tried to move (using the classic EA function) and got the same error, will try the change hometown method.
So my save game or TS3 is borked and it might be my fault.

Final update: I have officially given up. I tried the change hometown method and the game did not allow me to purchase a vacation home (even though I am Level 3 already, according to the game).

I have ported my family to a new save in Lucky Palms now. The only things I lost that I care about is the relationships I had. Kinda sad, unfortunately. Well, thank you all for all the help yall gave me, I appreciate it.

In case you do wish to try again or another time with a different world, there aren't any visa requirements for Lucky Palms. Those are only for the WA worlds. But there does need to be a Player Ownable lot available on the map for purchase. That often requires retreating to Edit Town and setting the desired lot from Residential-Regular first to Community-(anything, like Visitors Not Allowed) and then to Residential=-Ownable to get the lot type change to stick.

THIS IS WHAT I MISSED! OH MY GOD I AM SO STUPID.
Anyway, using the Traveler method again, it worked this time!! My family has moved into a new home in Lucky Palms with ALL their relationships completely intact.
However, the opportunities are borked though, forcing me to cancel them all, but that is all fine.

Thank you all for your amazing help. My problem is now finally... solved.
