That's not really an error. It's a Correction Log, as stated near the top (I've highlighted it in bold for you). It's Error Trap's way of letting you know it's doing its job and clearing up all the useless data from your game. It is nothing to worry about. There will usually be at least one of these Correction Logs generated every time you play so when you see one again, you can safely disregard it.

Usually, yes. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by your next statement but every world will have different results about whether anything needs cleaning up or not. You can't really compare one game session to another as different things will have occured.
