I just want to use CC skin tones.

Is there a way to disable default skin tones from EA so every sim would only use my downloaded skin tones?

Easiest way is to download 1 default replacement skin. It replaces all the ingame skins. I use Kurasoberina's skins and I have 1 installed as a default replacement and the others as non-default, I have a bunch of other skins as well, but I just pull the sims into CAS and give them the skin I want, but they at least have the replacement until I decide if I want them to have another one that fits them better, freckled, alien, mermaid, dragon, rainbow, etc. All the service sims etc will use the replacement skin when they spawn.
