So i sent my sim to a two-week term to the university, after passing the tests on the second Friday the game tells me I have enough credit to earn a degree and tells me to wait for graduation. On Saturday the game tells me the graduation is tomorrow but I got sent home in the evening. Am i supposed to not get a diploma and an additional trait? Tried reloading the save multiple times with the same result. I have the save file from Saturday morning backed-up if anyone wanna take a look.

Yeah, graduation is supposed to be Saturday, not Sunday because on Sunday it would conflict with the next term about to start up. That's why your sim got sent home on Saturday evening.

If you can live without the ceremony itself, which is so often broken anyway, what I would do once back in the homeworld is use DebugEnabler to convey the degree that the sim should have and at the GPA they earned. They will spin into their graduation robes and receive their degree and all of the benefits of having graduated that way, just again without the ceremony.

The command is, on the sim, NRaas > DE > Options: Sim (or Smartphone) > Academic Degrees.

Hey thanks for the info. I worked around this with a different method, I turned of "treat as vacation" when the send home time is near, wait till the time pass into Sunday midnight morning then turned it back on. You are right about the graduation ceremony being glitchy, the game didn't push my sim to the ceremony I have to manually click on the Annex to attend but I did get additional trait and a diploma so all is well in the end.
