Is there a setting to stop my sims from autonomously caring for toddlers. I just want my sims to ignore the toddlers.

No one knows everything this mod can do. Did you know you can tune the size of your sims nostrils with this mod? I'm kidding.

It’s annoying that my toddlers go from point A and B, the. Suddenly got picked up and carried around.

By default, the sims have a high interest to the toddlers, if they are in the field of sight or in the field of hearing. I believe that this is done so that even the most careless and lazy adults don't forget about them. I'm afraid if you change the settings, they will affect the entire town. But, if anything, interaction with the toddlers is regulated on the small sims themselves, as on objects. Make sure that "Show menu on objects" in the Retuner settings is set to True.

Click on the city hall and select Nraas >> Retuner. Next, find the Show Object Menu line. It must be set to True. After that, click on the toddler and view all the available interactions, such as take, play, feed, and so on. For starters, or for a trial, don't block these actions for autonomy, and simply try to reduce the interest in the interaction. It will be in numeric values.
