I can't edit the "Pay Per Hour" on NRAAS Career

I usually use "Minimum Wage Mod" by Madam Doofie and use S3PE to edit the salary to match my style of playing. Then I found that NRAAS has the option to edit the "pay per hour", I decided to try it out. I finished editing all the salary then I "save as" a new save file but when I quit the game and reopen it again, the salary went back to the default. I have tried everything, Save, Save as, Delete cache files, I also tried to export the setting using Overwatch's immediate save option then import back again but it's still the same. Please help me. Thank you

FYI: I'm using Nraas career version 88a because I have a problem with townies getting pile up at school entrances so I have to use "Additional Entry Mod" by Aussomeday because she recommends everyone to use this beta version.

Do you still have Madam Doofie's mod installed alongside?
