Hello there! It's me again, was the one who had problems with Register kept deleting sims. Decided to rid it for good and do the population control by myself. I also managed to stop generated sims from moving into house or spawming at all. When you move to a new world using Nraas Traveler Habitants from your previous worlds would spawn as tourists. But this time there are no tourist spawning whatsoever. Not even the Randomly generated sims. there are 2 changes i made: setting Immigration gauge to -10000 (Nraas>SP>General>Options:lot>Emigration/Immigration) and manage homeless to false (SP>General>options:households) as an attempt to keep auto generated sims at bay.

That is a function of Register. Without it, it's not going to happen.

None of the mods here require you to start a new world after uninstalling. There's nothing left in your game after the package files are removed.

This isn't SP moving them in, then. The game it's self does this when it can't find enough coworkers or Register will immigrate in Sims for roles unless you set it not to.

I may be wrong, but the Register is also responsible for the presence of tourists. With its settings, you can allow and prevent them from appearing. Perhaps after deleting it, the settings were reset to standard, but I have no idea if tourists are allowed in all the towns.

If you want to shut down the SP Immigration engine, the accepted value to use for the Immigration Gauge is 0. I'm not sure that a negative number will be read by the mod correctly, but if you get the same results then I guess it's okay.

And yes, Register is the mod that controls tourism.

I started a new world after uninstalling Register so there shouldn't be a problem with its left over scripts in the game. however the sp immigration wouldn't shut down with Immigration Gauge value 0 as the game wold dkeep pressing it. additionally and apparently non service/role sims still spawn and move into house with immigration gauge value as 0.

Sometimes the game is forced to create new npc, often by default pre-made sims are not enough for all positions. However, the reasons for their move to real homes are still a mystery. At the very beginning of the game with this mod, I was asked if I wanted to start relocating homeless Sims. Check that "allow homeless move" somewhere in the settings is also set to False.

I have yet to seen that option, can you show me where in the setting?
