Hello thank you for NRaas. Traveler especially changed my life.
I was wondering if anyone has any idea on how to disable the absurd energy decay for contests on the Basketball Hoop store content. Even with testingcheats automatically enabled, so fixing my sims' energy bars is no big deal, it drives me nuts how this thing does not follow the same logic as the base game exercise equipment.
Retuner doesn't seem able to help in this case, as I can't find any options relating to Motives in Settings>General>By Tunable XML>Sims3.Store.Objects>BBallHoop.
I assume kAthleticTuning>DelayFatiguePercentageByAthleticSkillLevel (default 0,05) means every athletic skill level adds 5% to the amount of time a sim can train on the court before they get the Fatigued moodlet? In any case, changing the value to 0,1 does not seem to affect the energy slurping.
There is an Energy value listed in Settings>General>By Object>BBallHoop>PlayTogether>Advertised Outputs (default 0), however changing it to a higher or negative number (-1, -5, -500, -5000) doesn't seem to do anything whatsoever.
I'm sort of stumped here

That has nothing to do with energy decay that's for the Play Together interaction and whether the object encourages 2 sims to play autonomously or not.pizza is god wrote: ↑February 22nd, 2021, 1:48 pmThere is an Energy value listed in Settings>General>By Object>BBallHoop>PlayTogether>Advertised Outputs
That's the only one that does affect energy and if you have it 0.1 then that's highest valid tunable when I looked at the XML with S3PE. Other than that there's nothing that can be done it's just the way the object is scripted.pizza is god wrote: ↑February 22nd, 2021, 1:48 pmI assume kAthleticTuning>DelayFatiguePercentageByAthleticSkillLevel (default 0,05) means every athletic skill level adds 5% to the amount of time a sim can train on the court before they get the Fatigued moodlet? Yes I thought Advertised Outputs values are about sim autonomy, but then one of the first listings on http://www.nraas.net/Members-Retuner-Settings mentions changing it to get "Less Energy from the Coffee Machine", so I thought I'd give it a shot.sittingbear wrote: ↑February 22nd, 2021, 7:10 pmThat has nothing to do with energy decay that's for the Play Together interaction and whether the object encourages 2 sims to play autonomously or not.
