Hi everyone.
There is a problem with pet store register that came with a limited edition version of pets EP. When i click on buy interaction, my sims just talking to shop clerk then no menu appear. Is overwatch going to fix this in the future? Thank you

Even without mods, the register interaction generally works fine. Does this happen in a new save? It's worth checking just in case the issue is with your current save, not the register itself.

Otherwise, the pet shop may not have been installed properly, or the ccmerged.package file that makes premium content work may be corrupt. The file is in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCBackup, and you can try replacing it with one known to work:

If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the pet shop through the launcher.

In addition to the above, do you have ErrorTrap installed? Is there an error being generated when no menu appears?

The ccmerged won't help with the Pet Register as it doesn't even touch it. If you open it up with S3PE you'll see it only touches Store Items that have recipes, ingredients, skills, Buffs and plants.
Most likely it's a failed install, something wrong with their save or they got the Store Item from some place other than the Store.

And I almost forgot there is also script lag. Some Store Items when you place them down you need to exit the game to the desktop and reload for the game to fully register the interactions associated with them.
