I just put all mine in a chest or box. I have this mod https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=407111. a d I use that box for all diplomas and those certificates you get for maxing skills.

 thanks! how do you do with the master controller?
While it's on the wall, you should be able to click the lot then go through NRaas / MasterController / Flush / Not Inventory I believe is the path, find it on the list and flush it.

It's NRaas > MC > Object Stats > Not Inventory and select the items fo Flush. There isn't actually a Flush command on the menu. :)
