Does the pregnancy enabled by woohooer bypass storyprogression checks?

The SP near elder limit doesn't seem to work in my game. The only pregnancy modifier I've used is woohooer. I enabled autonomous woohoo and made all woohoo risky. I have a near elder (4 days) sim who fell pregnant by autonomous woohoo and she is still able to Try For Baby just before her elder birthday.

There's a settings option in Woohooer to "link to Story Progression", which is set to True by default. I keep mine set to True because I like the idea of Story Progression being the final authority. Yours might be set to False, which means Woohooer doesn't have to check with SP before an interaction and can therefore ignore some of your SP settings.
