safe to delete GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Library content?

Hello,
I want to get rid of the ea made bin families and lots. Can i just delete the stuff that's in GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Library or will that break the game like in sims 2?

I deleted all of them years ago. Never had any problems.

And what about poor homely Mr Wonzy and Gwen Glover? LOL
You know: I've never had them hook up in any game I tried to use them. I kept thinking for sure they'd end up as a couple at some point, but they really don't like each other. Once, I forced them into a marriage and gave them a high liking and all. I even gave them a kid! Yet Gwen ended up dumping Holden as soon as the baby was born!

I don't use any of them anymore so it's good to know I can delete them if I so choose and be fine.

I liked the Lums for the 5 minutes I played them before my computer died for other reasons.

I added all of the households to Twinbrook and tweaked them all a little, and I have added the lots but renovated them.
