Hi there. One thing worth checking is that you do not have the sims in question blocked under SP's Pregnancy: Allow/Disallow Participation and Allow/Disallow Participation Caste. That's the one that is most relevant regardless of whether Woohooer and SP are linked because it can act essentially as a sterilizer for sims or across sim pairings.

Sims can be impregnated even if Allow Can Be Pregnant is False, but what happens in that case is that SP eventually catches up with them and silently terminates the pregnancy. But if Participation is disallowed, then they aren't going to be able to even try.

If that's not it, then we would have to take a closer look at how you have Woohooer's options arranged under Woohooer > Try for Baby > Species: Human.

Some of those have me a little puzzled. You have autonomous male-male try for baby set to False.
Okay, fair enough but that does mean that males will not be trying to make babies with others of their gender on their own.

Test all restrictions for user-directed is True.
This is probably the one that is getting in the way. With that one on True, EA's restrictions remain in play and same gender sims cannot make babies. Nor can elders be impregnated and I believe there are some restrictions involving certain occults. That's why this one's default value is False.
