Stop Toddlers from getting teleported home

Hi everyone, me again,
Is there any way I can set Go Here to allow my toddlers to just stay where they are?
I set Toddlers can be Home Alone to true but it still asks me to call a Babysitter and then teleports the toddler home .. I would like them to just stay where they are.
