How to prevent elders from getting turned to vampires?

I guess it depends on how they are being turned in the first place (yes, I know that's kind of going in circles). But under SP, sims do not randomly pick up occult states. Are you playing the Vampires And Slayers SP Personality module?

Yes, I do. Sorry for late response. StoryProgression pushed a notification that some elder is turned to a vampire, and if I recall correctly it's also a member of nosferatu or something. Welp come to think of it, I guess what I should do is turn off Allow Elder Recruit in respectively personality settings. Thanks for your help.
