Culling Elders

Is there a way via Retuner or some other mod to allow the use of Age of Instant Potion towards Elders? I'd want to cull some rather immortal Elders in town (they just got lucky with Grim Reaper they even outlived their descendants) but I don't want to use cheats as much as possible.

How about using the standard settings to make this senile period not very long for them? Or you can use SP, and you will also need the Population module. Sim Options >> Death: Cumulative Chance of Death. I don't know which number is better to enter, but I suspect that it should be moderately large, and then they will surely be able to successfully rest in peace.

Or just trigger an age transition via MC, if you want to force it anyway.

Looks like I'll use the Dexter the Bear method instead. I haven't played with that SP option yet, since most of the time the Elders die a few days after their time but maybe I'll try it some time.

I know about the MC option too but I don't want to use it in storytelling purposes.

NRaas > SP > Sim (Household/ Caste / Town) Options > Death: Maximum Number of Elder Days > (default is -1, which means this option is not engaged)
(SP Population add-on module required)

What this setting does, if engaged, is trigger a Death Alarm for the sims that are over their allotted maximum number of days beyond the stated length of their Elder stage and the usual death by old age scenario will trigger within 24 sim hours. It can be used selectively at the Sim Options level on individual sims, on households or groups of sims (castes), or on the entire town.
