Yeah, I'd seen that, but as I don't have any other world in this save yet, sims are either in this homeworld or in limbo. And given he had no portrait, I guess the actual body information got lost.

Anyway, I decided on the option to grab a copy from the pre-move save via the library, then replace all family connections to the broken sim with connections to the new library copy, and at least MC's Total Annihilation worked on whatever remnant of the old sim was there. I hope that works out fine.

Thank you for trying to help. Let's hope this was really only tied to his weird hybrid existence. He's only a vampire now, and he should be a dead vampire soon after I'm done with what I need from his genetics, so this shouldn't be a recurring issue with him.
