Hello!
Thanks for keeping NRaas alive!!!
I am on patch 1.69 and using Error Trap v100 and got script errors files. I never really understood before what they are or do, so, please, do I need to worry about their content? Do I need to do something about the info they report? Or can I simply delete them after each playing session?
Can I upload them somewhere for requesting advice?
Thank you in advance!

Redmallie2013 - In the future, please don't be shy about starting your own topics. It's not like we're going to run out of space to put them. I've split this one off from the prior one that you posted to.
The answer is, it depends. ErrorTrap can be very chatty and some of the script logs it produces are routine cleanup logs and nothing to worry about. Others can be actual errors, some of which mean something is wrong that should be tended to. If you would like some help in interpreting them, please drag the file icons of your script logs into a response on this message thread and let the text editor handle them or else zip them together, send them up to a third party file host, and provide a link so we can get to them.

Thank you very much, Igazor!!!
I am pasting the three script logs here. It would be great to know what's what, and I appreciate both the time and attention you put on it.
Also, I'd like to say I have always valued your clear responses to issues from players / mod users both here and on MTS.

errroe trap error....
1 - This is a world lot routing error that was thrown just as the game was starting up, presumably related to where the sim was supposed to have already been going at the time the game was last played and saved. These are very common and harmless if they only appear once per sim. The presence of NRaas GoHere tends to fix those, but either way the sim will re-route themselves if where they were going was important to them.
2 & 3 - Those are harmless correction logs that ErrorTrap will throw occasionally, usually once or twice per game session. It's not really dealing with full plate, serving platter, and cars objects etc., but rather cleaning out leftover shards of data that cannot otherwise be used and would bloat up the game save if this weren't done. The game itself doesn't do a very good job of garbage data collection (meaning leftover and duplicate data or that which is corrupt and beyond use already, not actual rubbish that we can see on-screen and that belongs in trash bins) and this is one the most helpful things that ErrorTrap does for us.
And thanks for the kind words

Thank you!!!
I am adding mods slowly to get to really understand what they do, so I have not yet got to Go Here, but it is already in my "to try" folder.
Am I correct in thinking that these logs can be deleted after each play session?

They can, but it really doesn't matter. Script logs will accumulate until you get 10-12 of them, and then they will start overwriting each other with the oldest ones going out first. If you routinely delete them, and then need to investigate something that began happening in a prior session, the relevant logs might not be there anymore for us to take a look at.Redmallie2013 post_id=74973 time=1593202192 user_id=18942 wrote: Am I correct in thinking that these logs can be deleted after each play session?
It's crash logs, if your game ever crashes, and their accompanying useless mini-dumps that will stay put forever and become unnecessary clutter.
