Now that the latest EP for TS4 has been announced, I really like the feature that you can add "pollution" to most of the worlds that TS4 has.

I've always wanted to modify one of the city worlds to make it more like a cyberpunk environment in TS3. I know that the game has a dystopian version of Oasis Landing. Is it possible to be able to those features to other worlds using Retuner? If not, do you know of any other NRAAS mods that might be able to do that? If not, is there a way for a mod to be written to add them to a world? I'll ask the same thing in Mod the Sims too (maybe I can write one!).

I don't think so, with Retuner you can tune, but you cannot place something.

You can place all future objects in your homeworld via buildmode, maybe also extras with cheat Buydebug
and you can search the internet for CC future or cyberpunk objects or even Sims 4 to Sims 3 conversions like this

In addition use Mastercontroller to give your sim all the future skillslevels (at least level 3)

Or even for all residential sims in your town - use above option at cityhall
filter for
- Type of sim - residents
- maybe also filter by Age, because some skills might not be right for different ages

Thanks so much for listing all these resources ! I will look through the ITF objects in build/buy mode, especially the BuyDebug stuff to place in Bridgeport, plus the other stuff you've listed. I asked the same question in the Sims 3 forum and they suggested a mod by BurntWaffles that adds the dystopian lighting from Oasis Landing to any worlds.

Now I would like for it to rain more often with increased occurrences of lightning and meteors. I think Tempest would help rain and lightning to occur more often, right? But where would I look about increasing the occurrence of meteors hitting the world? I also like to add the aurora borealis - northern lights (from Aurora Skies) - to my world as well. Would anyone know how to add that?

Be aware that meteors will destroy houses and rhabbitholes and increase the chance that sims die.
