Hey everyone,

So like the title states, i got something a little annoying.
I send my child out to deliver some stuff he needed to find, but before he could finish (already having entered the building)
he suddenly go's home, the action cant be clicked away either (and for some reason he got stuck in the subway cause of this chain of events)
I reset him, teleported and send him in again but he came out again before finishung the delivery aftee a few in game minutes with the "go home" action, which again was un-cancelable
I figured curfew system was still active

I looked it up, found it and noticed
it was already disabled
So now i have no clue on what is happening
Its almost like, even trough SP is on and curfew is disabled, the game still sends him back on curfew commands (around 10.30 did this start that i noticed the time, could have staryed at 10 trough)

Are you sure that the child "had to" deliver it at 10:30 ?
Maybe this place is closed for kids?

Well as far as i know there seems to be no time limit but i had little to do with him so i figured ill let him deliver it

May I ask how exactly, using which SP settings I mean or a different mod, you have disabled curfews? In my experience, children will be pushed home at certain hours by the game itself with or without an SP enhanced or altered curfew. Teens, not necessarily.

Other players seem to get different results or are using something different to disable because they report on children wandering all over town at all hours of the night. I never see that and in fact have a lot of trouble when my children sims stay over at a friend's house, have other children as overnight guests (not during a formal sleepover party), or go camping with a trusted adult in charge because the sleepy kids get pushed out of their warm guest beds or sleeping bags outside to go home at weird hours when there is no reason for them to do so. I've never found an acceptable solution for this and just do my best to play around it.

This doesn't help stop the unwanted pushes, but actions that cannot otherwise be canceled will dissolve if we use a DebugEnabler Object Reset on a sim. All that does (mostly) is clear their current action queue, it doesn't send them home or rebuild the sim like other forms of resets do.

I thought curfew for children was hard-coded. I've never been able to keep my kids out after 11pm.

I don't think that delivering something at 10:30 in the evening at the school is possible for a child.
What challenge is it? What exactly is the task under Challenge tab? Often there stands a time schedule.

Here is a list of school opportunities , I overflow it and sone have a time limit until 10 pm

Seems the issue is with the kid and not the challenge

Cause rhe next schoolday, when he was done with school i gave him the order to devilver it right after, his brother was also send right back to sign up for aftee school activities
de younger brother went straight away, canceling the order to go home
the kid in fact however, went to continue the go home action and i had to force reset him to cancel that command and teleport him to complete the challenge (which is done now)

So for some reason, when he get the "go home" action by his own choice
he cant cancel it
As that i still find it odd that even if he could not finish the challenge that he got that order while there is no curfew
