I have questions about building a Bar, Zerbu's UC Career, and Custom Lots.

1. Building a bar/bars:
a. Are these right requirements for building bar?
b. And which "Late Night" Bar lot type should I choose, if I want to have all the features of LN Bar lot type?

2. Zerbu's UC Career and Custom Lots:
a. In this link, "Simple Minded Sims", it says:
- These Lots are made to work with Zerbu's Ultimate Careers Mod.
- Clicking the link shows this file - Zerbu - Ultimate Careers 4.3.1.rar
- So, if I have Zerbu - Ultimate Careers 4.3.3.rar from Zerbu's website (=12pxDownload Ultimate Careers 4.3.3), these UC Lot s from "Simple Minded Sims" won't work?

No idea about bars, because I hardly ever play them, but the items on that list are more a guideline than a must, I think.

The lots will work any way. Ultimate Careers just pushes Sims to use certain objects. LittleLambsy's lots are just lots with the required objects on them. You don't need a certain Mod version for them.

I asked that question because I had problem with it when I asked my first question to littlelambsy.
So, I thought it was problem of mod version match.

Forgot to ask in the question thread.
If I place Professional Bar, it will generate NPC MIxologist, right?
How do I place active sim as mixologist?
Cause I only planed to place active sims (the bar owner & family members) as the one who will be working at the bar.

Do you have NRAAS Register in play? If not get it. Click on the bar and go to Nraas->Register->Disable Assignment and if there is already an NPC Remove Sim. This way the NPC gets removed and no new one gets assigned.

I do have many NRAAS mods including Register.

Well, the reason why I was asking about building bar, cause I currently play Sunset Valley and there is no bar/clubs/etc.

I think asking on this thread is right since my new question is related to Custom Dive Bar that I built.
Is the game suppose to not respond or crash that the game will close when I try to go to buy/build mode?
Cause I try edit other lots, it works fine, but only this Custom Dive Bar lot I made, only crashes it seems.
And is there way to fix it?

Did you use cc on the lot? It may be causing problems. Remove your cc and see if the crashing stops.

I think it might be there were something wrong with save file.
I made new save, before that, I have saved active sims in bin, and redone everything, the problem gone.
