University Term Length

I was wondering how to change the term length. I saw the settings before by accident but I cannot recall from where.
I believe it was on Traveler and it was set to 14 days per term. I'm trying to change that back to 7 days.

From the homeworld, on City Hall or an in-game computer NRaas > Traveler > University Term Length.
