Well, for 1 term, which is one week. And I've been playing with different households as such for quite some time.

*Sorry for the double post!*
Hey! I've started a fresh copy of Sims Uni and I would like to know how do I prevent anyone from moving into the empty houses that you have as options for renting when you first start playing uni? So that when I send someone there the next time, I can still use them. I'm not sure if I should change SP settings under Immigrant Options or the Non-Active Castes...?

*For some reason I can't seem to delete the previous post since I no longer need it, so apologies for triple posting.*
After setting Story Progression for Lot to False for the premade houses that are empty when you first play Sims Uni, the game still manages to move in Homeless Sims to one particular house. I checked to see if the setting was still intact and it was. I already have immigration in Uni set to false under register, but I can't seem to figure out what to do anymore. Any ideas, anyone?

Register has nothing to do with resident immigration, it's for managing the staffing of role giving objects. Register "immigration" means the spawning of new homeless NPC Role Sims to take up slots that need filling.
If the SP setting is not going to be honored in Uni World, which is pretty unique in the way it operates compared to the others, then I would suggest pulling out the refrigerators of lots where you do not want this to happen. Then of course should you wish your sims to rent there, put the fridge back in upon arrival.

Thank you, igazor! It worked! Funny how the lack of a fridge can deter people from moving in. Hehe!
