Wondering if there is a way through MC or another mod that you can automatically fill up a bathtub without a sim in it

Not that I have ever heard of. Sorry, I'm possibly missing something obvious, but may I ask what the point of this would be?

Tamamaro made some bath water rugs for this very purpose. They were archived and sweetdevil gave links in this post.
