I'd like to use that Ani mod's charge idea for many ideas to charge but I'm not able to code so if anybody can help me there I'd appreciate it.
The world calls for graphics/art work, and I answer. So, can I count on you to call me up for service?

Ani's mod only supports work outs via equipment; work outs for the bench, treadmill, on TV, stero's and swimming on Community Lots. The only thing I can see that may be changed using S3PE is the cost.
The chocolate fountain is a Store product and a whole different type of code. I don't see that one being able to be converted easily, if at all.

I can think of a way. There is an accomplished script modder who hangs out around here who like to associate just about every food prep item you can think of with recipes. If a recipe were to be associated with the chocolate fountain, your sims would have to have or purchase the ingredients required to use it. But he's only done some of the premium store items and I think such ingredient usage would only apply to sims in your currently active household.
Of course that's no use for computer usage or other types of items not involving food.
I tend to go with the charging to enter a room that contains the items strategy and then it's all you can eat (use) while they are in there.
