Hi everyone
Does anyone know if it's possible to make a caste for zombies? I'm not very experienced in caste making. Not a feature I use a lot. I feel like the answer is no but still..

SP caste for zombies possible?
Possibly not since Zombies are a temporary condition and not a true, more permanent or inheritable occult state. Or at least the ones in my game who came about having that condition due to the full moon lunar stage are that temporary, I've never had any others that I know of.
But now you have me curious. What would you be planning to use such a caste for, if it were possible? It can't be for aging or romantic coupling (etc.) since, again at least in my game, they don't stay in that state long enough to make much difference.

SP caste for zombies possible?
I was going to make it so some of their needs become static. I was trying to make a mod that makes it so zombies don't eat plants (I managed to do this). I tried to do this by replacing the zombie moodlet with one of my own making which will have some needs static but that failed, error trap resets them.

Could be mistaken, but sounds like a custom (hidden) trait might be required to make that work. But TS3 custom traits are so insanely difficult to make without a core mod loader managing them that this probably isn't the best way to go either.

Ooh a custom trait, that's a better idea than the one I had which was to add a listener that will add a moodlet whenever a sim gets the zombie moodlet which would have probably cause more lags.
