Does anyone have the full tuning file?  when i try to download it from this page, Retuner-FAQ, it comes up that the requested page could not be found. i need this to find out the setting in returner that changes how fast friendships decay to distant friendships and etc. If anyone actually just knows the setting that would be helpful to or if whomever has the file on hand could send it to me it would be much appreciated.
