How to enable relationship bar increasement much slower

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but to slow down the speed of Romance, click on a computer or City Hall then SP>General>Options:Romance>Speed>Default is 300 mins per cycle, set this to a higher number. (the higher the number, the slower the speed).

To change the Liking Gate, from computer or city hall, SP>General>Options:Romance>Partnership Liking Gate>Default is 40, set this to a highter value.

Also, SP>General>Options: Romance>Marriage Liking Gate>Default is 75, change this to a higher number.
