Shameless sellers

I'm pretty sure it's hopeless, but what if I'm wrong? There's premium content "Savvy Seller's Collection" in Midnight Hollow.  With it the player can relatively plausibly play the store. I hired cashiers to some registers (it's always homeless sims). Everything is wonderful. Except that these cashiers are dressed in swimwear. I don't know which way to dig. They don't have career outfits and must wear everyday wear. But no. They always wear swimsuits, thus confusing me and buyers. Just in case: fixes are installed and working.

Are the cashiers everyday outfits set as swimsuits or are they actually wearing their swimwear outfit?

If you have Master Controller installed, you should be able to edit any of their outfits by clicking on the sim then,
NRaas > Master Controller > Stylist or alternatively,
NRaas > Master Controller > Advanced > Edit in CAS if you want to change more than just their outfit.

You can also switch them from their swimwear outfit (if that's what they're wearing) to their everyday outfit by clicking on the sim then NRaas > Master Controller > Basic > Outfit.

Now, if they keep changing back into their swimwear outfit for some reason, you could use the Dresscode by Consort mod from MTS to force them to stay in their everyday outfit. :-)

Well... If the way "NRaas > Master Controller > Basic > Outfit" solved this problem, it would be great and I wouldn't ask for help. The option works fine, but it is enough for one day. The next day, the cashiers will still wear swimwear outfit. The sims are fine, their costumes are fine. One of these characters was present at my party and wore the dress code. But in the workplace they're for some reason... awfully hot. I hope the installation of this sign will correct the situation. Thanks for the link.

You're welcome for the link but no, I'm not having a holiday today as I live in England and we don't celebrate Thanksgiving over here. Thanks anyway though.

The cashiers for the Savvy Seller Collection have never worked very well in my experience. Before my previous post, I tested this in my game and although the cashier spawned in his everyday outfit which was quite suitable, he was soon replaced for no reason that I could think of, by another cashier who was not so suitably dressed.

Might I suggest trying The Savvier Seller mod instead? It tends to work much better than EA's version in that you can select a resident sim to be the cashier and they won't keep changing their outfit or walk off the job for no reason. :-)

What a pity, because an extra day off is never superfluous. I knew that I had to download all the mods from the old site for my version, and then figure out what and why I might need. Some mods are compatible with earlier versions of the game, but, it seems, now this information will remain a mystery. The signature of all mods says: "Compatible with 1.69". I guess I'll have to live with what I have.

Sara_Darkees -  There was never a version of The Savvier Seller mod intended for your patch level. Version 1 was designed on Patch 1.63.

I looked at the requirements for this mod. University is necessary. I'm out. I can never have normal  cash registers. On the other hand, it's not that bad. Well, at least I hope so. The only strange thing was swimwear. Ah yes... Do you know what could be more ridiculous than cashiers in swimwear? Sims-NPCs throw parties and asked to come in bathing suits. And everything would be fine, but no one in town has a pool or backyard with a hot tub.
